So Guys these are my specs:
i5-4440
8 gb ram (soon to be 16)
GTX 970
1TB HDD

So i built this pc Back in 2015 and so far the all the components worked great until Nov 2016,
to be specific from Watch Dogs 2 i've seen performance degradation due to the Low end CPU.

I've Started Streaming 2 months ago and i plan on doing more,
the CPU is not great for streaming so should i get the i7-4790(400$ here) and use it for 2 or 1 1/2 more years until a new build.
Or just wait it out another year i.e 2018 with the same build and do a Full on Rebuild (1000$+).

will the GTX 970 withstand upcoming games?

Solution
That looks like a good step up for streaming and games like watch dogs 2 that can use the extra threads. The 970 is still very strong @ 1080p, how long it will continue to run high settings is unknown but I'm still able to run 60fps minimum in all my games on a 780 @ high to very high settings and this card is about 5-10% slower than the 970.

I have that CPU it's not that goood but if you don't won't to upgrade motherboard an i7 4790k would be a great choice as you don't have to go from lga 1150 to 1151
