this is what I started watching and adjusted in consequence. My core ration is 46 but yeah, synch all cores = 46, auto on cpu cache core voltage 1.32v and I get 4598.93mhz see image below

just tweaked it to 47. and now I got 4.7Mhz out of this .. thinking I may push to 4.8 maybe. lol
But like the guy said if you got a stock heatsink, go get a real cooling system (heatsink or AIO like I did)

but I wonder what motherboard your using to overclock your I5 ? cause not all motherboards are created equal for overclocking
