want to change motherboard but dont know which can fit my cpu

Solution
Also buying a h110 board & a kaby lake i5 is a risk , if it's not running the newest bios it won't boot.

You really want a b250 board for a i5-7*** to be safe.you will not find a b250 board with DDR 3 compatibility though.

Skylake/kaby lake are native ddr4 ram chipsets.
That biostar supports ddr3 as do few others , the asrock h110 you listed doesn't!
The biostar & an i5 6500 is a safer purchase.

Cha fan headers nearly always run 100% speed & are non adjustable , that's why your fan was noisy.

Socket 1155 boards are very hard to find new nowadays

Whats the issue with your current motherboard ??
I'm assuming you want to run a new GPU & there are compatibility issues ??

You'd be better selling the system &/or doing a new rebuild with a board,CPU & ram.
Your $350 budget will cover that.

the cpu fan keeps spinning fast and loud and i have no way to stop it. cpu temperature usually 30-35 degrees celcius on speccy. normally it spins quietly. my gpu is fine. i feel the problem is with the motherboard. no one would buy this its like 6-7 years alr i think. my motherboard is also OEM. and ever since i changed my gfx to 750ti, i can not access my bios anymore. only with the original graphic card it came with i can which is geforce 210. and most of the usb ports/sound port dont work already.

the problem is if i buy a new cpu, i would also need to install windows 10 and now it dont have the free update alr when i checked(is there a way to like transfer my windows 10 from here to a new pc if i buy one?). my ram i changed a year ago and also changed to a ssd. so the only thing i need is a motherboard+cpu.

anyway which is better between this 2 ? only those 2 are within my budget.

BIOSTAR H110MHV3 DDR3 + i5-7400 3.0 GHZ $331 .sgd

ASROCK H110M-HDS + i5-7400 3.0 GHz $333 sgd

there is another cpu i3- 6100 @ 3.7 GHz which i can have more motherboard choices but i think the i5 should better than i3 so i didn't want that.

also my gpu is 750ti.
ok i just dont know wat happened . i just changed the plug from the CFAN1 to SFAN1 and it is not loud anymore although i still prefer buying a new motherboard n cpu since the other ports are not working anymore.
