Hi all, i'm new here :)

So i've just assembled my pc a couple days ago and i was curious about fan control. When i first accessed the bios i noticed that i could chose between PWM and DC, i went for PWM first since it was preconfigured, but it was very noisy, so i got back on the bios and switched to DC, problem is i still find that it is noisy when idle, for example my cpu fan are running at 1900rpm whether i'm idle or gaming, so it doesn't bother me when i'm gaming but when i'm not it is annoying. My GPU runs at 1200 when idle in comparison, and 2200 while gaming.

So is there anything i can do ? Which software should i use, or how should i configure the bios for my pc to run silent during idle sessions ?
I've read that PWM is usually better than DC, why ? There was a huuuge difference in noise when i switched from PWM to DC.

N.B. : My cpu fan is the one from intel. I'm using a G4560 with an asus dc2 rx 470

Many thanks ! :)
