Upgrade to Storage or Memory?

So recently I've been doing a lot more multitasking while gaming and noticed some freezes/hiccups. When i exit to task manager I see that my HDD is at 99% usage and memory almost maxing out at around 80-90% during some games. I'm thinking of finally upgrading to an SSD to prevent any over-use of my HDD causing slow downs and maybe an upgrade in memory for more multitasking headroom. I notice after a game has been opened for long enough, attempting to alt-tab or use chrome can SERIOUSLY slow down my computer. Even closing my game can take a while and cause my computer to temporarily slow-down/freeze. Is this something a storage upgrade will fix, or more memory?

When Multi-tasking, i usually do things such as watching Twitch streams with some other tabs open on one monitor, while playing games like MMO's/RPG's on the other (some of which use a surprising amount of memory once add-ons are enabled) Twitch can even reach 1-2gb of memory in chrome during long streams).

My updated specs are in my signature. I'm willing to upgrade both Memory and Storage (I think storage might be more beneficial) but I would like your thoughts =).

Looks like an upgrade to both Ram and Storage is in order.

Is there anything particularly wrong in browsing for cheaper SSD options? I was looking at these three for their price point, all of which are currently 30-40 dollars cheaper than brands like Samsung and the likes:

Crucial MX300 525GB
Kingston SSDNow UV400 480GB
Corsair Force LE 480GB

And as far as ram goes, Corsair Vengeance LP 2x8GB will be it.
