Solution bedroll69 Mar 20, 2017 The Source engine is CPU bound mostly, but you have nice little CPU which, although not great, should be okay as long as you're not hosting matches. That GPU however is garbage. You're going to want a new one, something like a used 750Ti as CyberBlade said would be lovely.

CyberBlade Honorable Feb 9, 2017 453 0 11,160 Mar 19, 2017 #2 Your cpu is fine. All you need a better GPU. You can get a used 750Ti, 950, 650Ti BOOST, 650Ti, 660, 660Ti, 750, R7 370, R7 265, HD 7850, R7 260x, HD 7700. Note that some of the GPUs need a 6 pins power connector. So, make sure you have one.
