I've looked over all the how to and trouble shooting threads, but no avail... I upgraded from a GTX 750Ti to a GTX 1070 SC. The screen isnt getting a signal with the new card, but works perfect with the old one, so far I've tried:
VGA to HDMI Adaptor.... Black screen
Regular VGA to 24+1 Adaptor....black screen
Triple check all PSU connections, especially PCI-E and put in new Mobo battery...black screen
Put in old card, (works fine) went and made sure PCI-E was enabled in bios, installed new card, restarted....black screen
Attempted to reboot in safe mode via msconfig in start window with no graphics card installed (using on board graphics), then went to turn off and unplug computer and reinstall new card to continue to reboot, only to be confronted by the black screen again
... What do I do now?
Mobo is ECS A55F2P-M2
PSU is Corsair CX570M
Current graphics card is EVGA GTX 750Ti
New (troubled) card is EVGA GTX 1070 SuperClocked PCI-E 3.0
