Proxy: 2 PCs, 1 connection

So let me explain, I have 2 PCs connected to the same modem, but lets say I want to use proxy on one of them without affecting the other one. Is this possible?

Are you saying you want to use one as a proxy server or want to connect to a proxy server from one? either way it doesn't matter it won't affect the other PC.

Yeah, let's say I want to play a game but the page only allows one character per IP, so I was trying to figure it out. Thank you!
