Keyboard and mouse won't work during Windows 7 Setup

Hi, I'm trying to install Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1 onto a SSD and I can't tell if it freezes or its not recognizing my keyboard and mouse, Either way I can't install Windows it gets the the "Install Now" screen and I can't select anything. Any help would be great,

Note: Everything works with the BIOS and yes I'm using USB 2.0

what are your system specs? if you are using a 6th or 7th gen intel CPU then it will be difficult to install windows 7 as those CPU's are not supported officially with windows 7 and have no USB drivers

It's a 4th Gen i7 4770K on a Asrock Z87 Extreme 4 motherboard. I've also had 7 on it before no issues.
