My computer restarts randomly while gaming

For the past 10 days my PC is restarting often. When I checked HW Monitor logs, CPU temp was around 75-76C.

Do I need to upgrade my CPU cooler?

More about computer restarts randomly gaming
  1. if your computer was over heating it would completely shut down i believe,, looks like fan 1 is only running at 1646 RPM so if u can speed it up the cooler the better, is it restarting in a game, have you tested the system just sitting there? maybe its the OS? if its because of a load like a game or videos, it should be the mother board chipset is over heating make sure the heat sink is sitting on them

My PC does not restarting when idle, it happens only while playing games. Also, I tried to increase the CPU FAN does not help.
  3. then your mother boards chip set is over heating due to the heatsink not fully attached, or some kinda over loading problems

Please list everything in your computer RAM CPU GPU power supply and motherboard
