While browsing the internet a couple of days ago, I noticed that a blue loading wheel would keep on popping up next to my cursor. After seeing this, I tested my SSD and RAM to check if it was those or not, and came back with nothing. I then scoured my PC for viruses and came back with nothing again. Only the CPU was left, so I checked in task manager and found that my CPU usage was looking like this: http://i.imgur.com/Zppc2ep.png
No clue what could be up with my CPU, temps are sitting at around 30c at idle and 60c at load, so I don't think that temps are the issue either.
