I tried almost everything to fix this issue. Reinstalling the pump. Changing the thermal paste. And i even went as far as getting a whole new liquid cooler. But im still getting ideal temps of 45c-50c and max temp of 99c-100c.
Here are my specs.
i7 6700k
H80I V2
GTX 1080 Classified
EVGA 16gb (8x2)
EVGA G2 750W
Thank you in advanced for looking at my post. :D

That doesn't really help but if you're sure you haven't changed any settings then you are ok there.

Lets go back to the thermal paste, you definitely cleaned everything off thoroughly, the new paste you used half a pea (and erred on the side of less), kept consistent pressure, and its tightly secured.

The only other thing I can think of is maybe your pump isn't running? Are you using the CLink software, can you check if its running, also I'm assuming the pump is connected to CPU fan, it seems to only be getting up to 1500rpm which is low, it should be more like 2000 to 2500 rpm if the pump is running properly, you may need to manually set your cpu fan speed to that

Overclocking (No)
Ambient Temps ( About 23c)
2 fans on the liquid cooling pump and 1 fan in the front.
Nope it's not stuffed in a cabinet/desk.

Which case do you have? I'd want at least 2 intake if my radiator has 2 set to exhaust.

http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=142574 the concept behind the pump is similar.

and

http://www.corsair.com/downloads#download_form_41 can possibly simplify things.

I'm assuming the radiator is mounted to the top of your 460X and you've properly set the fans to exhaust out that way?

When you installed the water block you put a small amount of thermal paste on (half pea or grain of rice size), put it in place and then held it down and secured it without removing or moving it around?

I actually mounted it to the rear of my case.

I took off the original thermal paste that came with the cooler and added some Arctic silver 5. Pea method.

Why does it say the Vcore is at 2.8? Would like to see the CPU vcore in the BIOS. VID seems high as well. Correct me if I am wrong.
