you can, but it might not run smoothly with good constant fps, because the minimum requirement is using nvidia gts 450 meanwhile intel hd 520 may perform pretty much the same as nvidia gts 450, but no real benchmark with this, performance may vary, because intel hd is using shared ram, which means it will perform different with different ram amount you have
