I built a new system using an MSI A88X-G45 board, AMD A8 chip (3.3Ghz), Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB 2400MHz RAM, and a Samsung 840 series 256GB SSD. I built the exact same configuration a month ago and had no problems. I'm using the onboard video out HDMI to a 65" TV.

After assembling everything, I entered to bios and set up my boot configuration, CD then HDD. I then dropped the Win 7 disc in an rebooted. Win 7 went through the process of asking where I wanted it installed, and then started installing. During the first 30 seconds, I got a BSOD. Computer stayed that way for 30 minutes and never shut down. I manually shut it down and tried to restart. Nothing.

I don't believe this board has a speaker and neither does my case, so I've never heard a POST beep. I see the debug LED shows "91", which my research suggests means to clear the CMOS,. I removed the power cable, battery and all components from the board except the processor and cooler. I reinstalled the battery, and the power cable an restarted with no RAM or HDD. Still "91" and no video output. Tried clearing it again and reinstalled a single stick in slot 1 and the HDD. restarted again... Still "91" and nothing.

Any suggestions?

I don't think the OS is the problem. I was using a brand new, sealed OEM Win 7 x64 CD-Rom, installing on a brand new 250GB SSD. I can't try to re-install because it won't even POST now. I tried starting with no RAM, 1 stick and 2 sticks. All yield the same result... nada. I keep getting debug code 91, even after removing the battery to clear the CMOS. Wondering if I got a board with a weak solder joint somewhere that let go first time it started to heat up?

I didn't write down what it said. Was the basic, "Windows detected an error and is shutting down your computer to prevent damage" message, only it didn't shut down. The processor is a 7650K. Actual part number is AD765KXBJABOX.
