Yes, runs W10 fine.
However, I wouldn't run an 8350 on that board. VRMs aren't cut out for it; throttling under load will happen often.
If you are looking into this and don't already own the parts...don't. Buy an i3/Pentium.

Do you already have the FX-8350?
If so, the list is pretty short:
MSI Gaming 970
Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P
ASUS 970 Gaming/Aura
If you don't already have any of the hardware, I would NOT invest in a FX platform. Like I previously said, wait for RyZen's lesser core count chips to release or buy a Pentium/i3/i5. You will get much more bang for your buck.
