Hello, today I've come across a problem where my Iphone shuts off when trying to restore. Here is my story: So I got a new Iphone 6s for my birthday 3/22/16. It worked perfectly until now (3/19/17). It started when I was listening to music, all of a sudden my Iphone shut down by itself and them rebooted. I thought it was strange but just continued. A few hours later I was on Snapchat when my phone froze. I decided to shutdown my phone completely and let it reboot. That's where the first problem came in, it wouldn't reboot. It would go from a black screen, to the apple logo screen, to a dark blue screen, then it turned off, then a few seconds later it would turn on again (without me touching it or anything.) I looked it up and found that I can restore my phone through tunes as long as I put my phone into recovery mode (holding down home button+power button until restore screen came up.) I proceeded to click restore on iTunes (from my computer) and it says it was installing an update. Halfway through the update, my phone turned off and started to do the loop thing again. I've searched all over the internet to no avail, I am not sure what to do. Any suggestions? Thanks!
