Will everything fit in this case?

I was going to build a new PC and was wondering if everything here will fit into the case I chose. Also do all of the parts work together? pcpartpicker says they do but I want to be sure.

Everything will fit, though I changed your build around a bit, and went with the top tier 1070 and a smaller air cooler and then upgraded in the areas you were lacking https://pcpartpicker.com/list/8sHFqk

Also note, if you want to go with some less expensive fans, go ahead but those are top quality. I changed you mobo to the z270 m5 (great board, you wont need an m7) and of the current chipset so you dont have to flash bios and possible brick your board, got you a wd black instead of blue which is better for gaming and ssd for a boot drive which will make you system much more snappy, a much better case, and a much better psu.
