Loop configuration need help

How willl it afect performance if i run my loop as followed firsty fluid goes from reservoir to pump then 240 radiator then cpu block then to a 120 radiator after that to my gtx 1070 will it be better than running from pump to both radiators then to cpu gpu?

That ain't gonna work well.
For example, where does the fluid go after leaving the hot 1070? back to the cpu uncooled is all thats available since you don't have a 3rd radiator...
I would : cpu to 120 to gpu to 240 back to cpu
