after install Rx 480 my motherboard screen is flickering at startup

Hi,like a said title my screen is flickering at startup i bought yesterday rx 480 its driver issue or hardware issue i dont understood,probably about between motherboard&gpu
problem.i am worry its serious problem or can be just handle from easy steps.

Graphic Card: Rx 480 Strix 8G-OC

*Fleckering solution: in bios disable logo preview and fleckering gone but still worry about future,this card is failure or not?

You may uodate but i think problem wont solve by BIOS upgrade.
First of all update to latest Drivers and check if all connections are okay from monitor to GPU.
Also reseat the gpu to lock the latch.

okey ı got it but last thing about mainboard how can i see my bios version and decide to upgrade also can i apply uefi interface with my motherboard

my bios was a f14b version and its not official i guess beucase i cant find anywhere now. Right now i downgrade my bios version f14b to "f13" its isnt last driver also not beta version for safety as a result didnt fixed my fleckring problem and whats looks like here as a video

thank you for your help mate i did 2 steps after than not fleckering at startup

1.bios downgrade stable and official version after restart didnt fix issue still flickering like in a video decided to check connection and reseatto pcie slot
2.opened case unscrew it remove card reseat make connection again and after 2 restart i didnt see any fleckering maybe cause there is no more motherboard adv. image but problem fixed for now its enough thank you <3

its happening again its very annoying actually i wanna fix and learn why its happening i have chance to refund to card if reason to card

Okay try with a new card after returning this card. It may be card issue. But since you mentioned that problem disappeared after reseating card I think its related to PCI e slot. But do try with a new card.

Cant be sure without testing another card in yhat pc. See if your local shop or any friend have a gpu so that you may test it.
