Ok so this is the final list(hopefully).
I couldn't decide between the ix Hero or formula sp I split the difference and decided on the Code.

I have already bought the country and case and Windows 10.

The 1080ti is just a place holder until the new cards come out in a few weeks hopefully.

The monitors...well I need 2. One has to be 4k and the other doesn't really matter except it has to be 27 inches and display photoshop colors correctly so please make suggestions if you have any.

So feel free to critique and suggesr..will continue buying parts this week unless someone changes my mind before then..thanks again

1. I7-7700K will be cooled perfectly well in a nice case like yours with any of the noctua s variant coolers.
NH-U12s, NH-U14s, or NH-D15s. It will be quieter, less expensive, more reliable, and cool equally well.
The s variants have ram clearance and graphics backplate clearance.
You run out of safe vcore when overclocking before you run into thermal limits.

2. kaby lake is dual channel.
You would do better with a 2 x 16gb ram kit.

3. A quiet 200mm fan is included. If you really are into led bling, try to buy 140mm fans for the front. They will push more air at lower and quieter rpm.

4.

I think I'll stick with the aio cooler for the lighting but I agree with the ram..can't find rgb so I'll go with an all black 2x16..
I'll probably ditch the extra fans until I feel I need them..thanks for replying
