Okay, I wanna build this dream PC:https://pcpartpicker.com/list/hDhCKZ (PS that water cooling isn't the one I wanna put there cuz they don't have it on pcpartspicker)
but I don't know how to install this water cooling http://www.magicool.biz/product_systems.htm
i don't know how to install that pump into my zalman z11 neo case. Are there any screw holes? Please help someone.

I would still call or email the online store - they might be able to provide more information. Otherwise, you can go to the local hardware store and find brackets that work, find an adhesive mount or pad that works, or use zip ties.

There doesn't necessarily have to be a 'watercooling' specific solution - hardware and plumbing stores also offer great alternatives in a pinch. :)

But the water coller I wanna is a ''DIY'' and the pump is a separate piece and I don't know where will I stick it once Ill get this PC.

It is that one DIY with double radiator.
But please also tell me with WHAT should I stick it into the case. I think using masking tape isn't a good idea.:)
