loud noise on pc startup

My pc is making wierd loud noise on startup...it dissapears after 5 min...3 months back i installed new gpu and new psu...before that there was no noise at all at startup...i am worried now..what could be the issue...is gpu dying...?

Noise is like something is stopping the fan from running properly...i dont which fan ...like drrrrrrr.....

When did the noise start? have you checked if any cables are hitting any fans? (Like the CPU Fan cable or the front panel audio) What if you stop each of the fans with your finger on startup so you can figure out the problematic one.

I didn't checked...but if i stop with my finger...wont i get shock....or damage the component...?

No just touch it gently for it to slow down. If you dont want to touch it you can unplug them one by one.

I just checked now...it was fan just below the power supply...but i was't able to fix it..there was no screw to tight...it is just attached but it loose...

maybe replace the fan, maybe the fan's bearings are shot.
