My system specs are

Motherboard: MSI H110M PRO-D 1150 DDR4
PSU: CoolerMaster 500W
CPU: Intel Core i5 6500 @3.2GHz
RAM: Kingston DIMM DDR4 8GB 2133MHz(buying another 8 GB soon)
HDD: TOSHIBA 1 TB 3.5" 64MB 7200rpm

Well, 16Gb of ram would be ideal for future games, Next I would get a SSD, around 120GB or better and install your windows on it and it will feel like a brand new system, use your current HDD for games that wont fit on the SSD. The 1050 should last ya a few years at 1080p gaming.

Of course I'd say get another graphics card, but at the same time I'd just wait for the next gen graphics cards and get something thats closer to the higher end of things, but of course if your not picky about maxing out settings, the 1050 will be alright for awhile.
