Hi all,

I have a problem that my motherboard is overclocking CP/NB frequency and HT link speed. I don't know why. I have default bios settings(yes on default it's also overclocking) only modified some ram timings etc. Normally my procesor should go up to 4.7 Ghz but it is overclocking itself to 4.715 Ghz even though I have no oc software installed.

Here are my specs:
MotherBoard: ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0
CPU: AMD FX-9590 4.70GHz
PSU: Enermax 1350W Platimax
HDD: Plextor 128GB 2,5" SATA SSD M6S Series
SEGATE st4000dx001-1ce168 4 TB
GPU: 2x ASUS Radeon RX 480 8GB STRIX OC
RAM: 4x DDR3 GOOD RAM 8GB 1600MHz Play CL 10

and here are screens from os(hwmonitor, cpu-z):

and here from bios:

Please help!!

The bus speed is only 630KHz over default. I wouldn't consider this an issue.

Since you have a factory overclocked CPU (it's a binned and OC'd FX 8320 or 8350, I forget which), it's normal for boards to respond by raising the HT Link speed. This is the speed at which the CPU communicates with the Northbridge chipset (used for graphics cards and other high speed components).

I don't consider your situation to be an issue.
