That processor is 5 years old and not very good when it was released.
What I would change is most of it.
Memory 16GB so no more would be needed later. link is broke.

Processor in about everything the Intel will give you better performance. This is a very fast 2 core 4 thread one.
Intel G4620
Video card the RX 480 4GB should give you better performance.

I was able to put in a GTX1070 for US, but then I switched to France and prices jumped.
