AM3 AM3+ mounting issue question

AMD Athlon II X3 460 DeskTop CPU Socket AM3 938 ADX460WFK32GM 3.4Ghz 1.5MB OEM VER.
with the use of a DeepCool 12cm Fan CPU Cooler Heatsink quiet for Intel LGA775/1156/1155 AMD FM2/AM2 2+/AM3......my only real concern is the depth issue of the heatsink incorped.........yes i have the schem`s of the "mid-tower case" but unsure about a cpl things i want to do with it on my own....? i`m setting it up to have 2 fans pull cool (front) and 2 fans expel the hot air(side & top).....?

To know if the heatsink will fit, we need to know what make/model case you have. In general, your case fan plan should be okay. Front fans should pull cool air into the case (intake). Rear and top fans should pull warm air out of the case (exhaust).
