I'm getting sub-15mbps down speed on all devices in my LAN with Charter. Using Google's DNS on all devices possible, no change. Usually get around 60mbps down before this started happening. Upload speed is exactly the same, no difference, which made me think it was the DNS but from a flush and an adapter restart, nothing.
