Ok so I have a Power Color R9 380 and what I was trying to do is make it go a little faster in the AMD settings. Once done tweaking I open up a game and the screen goes completely green and unresponsive only after I do a restart. Is this a GPU, PSU, or the GPU isn't meant to do what I did. BTW this is a CyberPower PC which I now regret.
