Motherboard won't turn on

I just recently purchased the msi z270 motherboard, when I plugged everything in for the first time all the led lights turned on but now nothing is happening. Any suggesting and any sought of help would be appreciated

Do you have the CPU, RAM and PSU installed?

Also, check the pin configuration on your motherboard you might have plugged the power button in incorrectly.

Yeah everything is installed, I thought it was the psu before the I exchanged for a new 1000w one today and it still dosnt turn on

Chances are the board is DOA (Dead On Arrival)

You should return it to the place of purchase or the manufacturer.
