  1. I'd go with MSI.
Most AsRock MoBos are the cheapest of the bunch while Gigabyte has tendency to cheat it's customers by MoBo revisions.
An article about Gigabyte MoBo revisions: https://us.hardware.info/reviews/5835/spot-the-differences-gigabyte-motherboard-revisions-present-markedly-different-test-results

pcpp of all 4 MoBos: http://pcpartpicker.com/products/compare/7zGj4D,zYqbt6,c8yxFT,hbGj4D/
Got MSI MoBo in my Sylake and Haswell builds (full specs in my sig) and i'm pleased with MSI.

Though, Asus is also one good MoBo manufacturer you should consider.

  3. There's only 4 differences between MSI H270 Gaming M3 and MSI H270 Tomahawk Arctic:

    1. MSI H270 Tomahawk Arctic is completely white in color with white LED over southbridge and it's great for white themed builds.
While MSI H270 Gaming M3 is black with red accents and LEDs that is great for black or black & red themed builds (like my Skylake build).

    2. PCI-E x16 slots
    MSI H270 Tomahawk Arctic: 3
    MSI H270 Gaming M3: 2

    3. PCI-E x1 slots
    MSI H270 Tomahawk Arctic: 3
    MSI H270 Gaming M3: 4

    4. Audio codec
MSI H270 Tomahawk Arctic: Realtek ALC892 Codec
    MSI H270 Gaming M3: Realtek ALC1220 Codec

As far as other features go, both MoBos are identical.

Here you must make a decision about your build color theme. Either white or black. As far as i7-7700 goes, it doesn't matter which MoBo you pick.

Few pics of my black & red themed Skylake build if you're interested to see black & red themed build,
