Which is the best: A Noctua D15, CoolerMaster MasterAir Maker 8 or CoolerMaster V8 GTS?

Is it a reasonable goal for any of these coolers to get 5.0-5.3 GHz on an i7 7700k?

The D15 or the Phanteks. The difference between them is tiny and almost not measurable. I used the Phanteks because it comes in colors. Noctua coolers are ugly.

The D15/D14 and Phanteks PH TC14PE are the best air coolers on the market.

Almost all 7700K chips can hit 4.8Ghz-4.9Ghz A.smaller percentage of 7700K chips can hit 5Ghz. An even much smaller percentage can go slightly over 5Ghz. 5.3Ghz is almost unheard of. Honestly you just have to be lucky to get a chip that will do 5Ghz or higher. No overclocking is ever guaranteed.
