Will not boot after installing new cpu cooler

As the title states I recently installed a H80i cooler. I was running great before the install.

Specs:
I7 4790k
MSI Gaming 5 mobo
GTX 1070
16gb ddr3 2x8gb
XFX 550w bronze

So with my specs I think I know what the issue is, I would just like confirmation. Anyway when I power on it runs for a few seconds and restarts. It doesn't hang on a code, it will reboot at 03 which is the early north bridge init or 55 when is early memory.

Is my power supply too low for the increased load of the cooler? Or did I possibly damage a component? I reseated my memory to no avail. Any input would be appreciated.

Good luck, hope it works out :)

Power supply shouldn't be an issue if it was working before. The power draw of the cooler is about 4.32 watts which is negligible. Did you plug the pump into the cpu fan header on your motherboard?

I did, the issue returned out to be a mistake on my half, I bent a pin on the motherboard and it seems to only affect dual channel memory, is will post when my ram is configured for single channel but will not post dual channel. Already looking at a new motherboad

I tried however I was unable to bend it back, I don't have tweezers small enough. I have an extended warranty through the store I bought it at so I can get a replacement.
