I5 7600K oc 5ghz = 150W full load
R9 290x pcs+ = 320W full load
2x8GB GSKILL 3000mhz 1.3v = no idea
AsRock Z170 Gaming K4 = no idea
HDD1 250gb 7200rpm = no idea
HDD2 250gb 7200rpm = no idea
SSD 120gb = no idea

I know theres some online PSU calculators but they generalize too much. My SeaSonic is a 620W only and I want to keep using it with this system. I also have a CoolerMaster G700 but I definitively do not thrust it, I dont want even try it with this system, It scared me in the past when I tried to use it to power an older config (same VGA, everything else was different and I had no grounding at all at the time - the SeaSonic didnt die suddenly at the same situation, as the G700).

Not very much, under 50watts. I cant even find a review stating how much power just the board draws, most people are concerned with how much the mobo and any given cpu will draw as you will never use either alone. They have comparisons in total power consumption vs other boards like this below at idle and with prme95 running.
