Hi guys,
Everytime my Dad logs in to his Windows 7 laptop all the Desktop icons are all rearranged so like Google Chrome icon was at the top and now its at the bottom.
Also the Taskbar shortcuts keep vanishing aswell, he had IE, Chrome and a Documents folder shortcut on there, only way I can fix this is by dragging IE from ''All Programs'' to the taskbar and the all the icons magically appear again.
This had only started to happen since I installed Bitdefender Total Security 2017 on there and enabled Ransomware protection on his files, pics etc.
Any ideas whats wrong?
