Removing OS from SSD and installing it to HDD

Hi,
So at the moment, I have Windows 8.1 installed on my SSD and Linux on HDD. What I want to have in the end is Windows 10 and Linux installed on the HDD, so that I can completely remove the SSD. Also, the Windows now won't load no matter what so everything has to be done in Linux.
What steps should I take in order get it all done?

I havent disconnected the SSD, because thats where the bootloader is, so I suppose not even the menu where I choose what OS do I want boot would show up.
When I select Windows from the menu, the Windows icon shows up, then the system restarts. Though, I have no problems with Linux. The SSD is quite old and I would like to install the two OSs onto the HDD.
