Hey guys, I just now noticed this when I start to play games. I believe it's coming from my video card. Is this bad ? My PSU is a corsar 750w

Solution

Logical approach. If nothing changes I would try running something that just stresses the CPU like Prime95 to get a decent load on the power supply. If you get buzzing during prime95 it could very well be your PSU.
Likely coil whine ... the better the PSU, the less likely this is to occur. Corsair 750 is like asking for parts by saying you have a "blue chevy" ... The model number would allow speculation on how likely that is to be the source of the problem.

Sometimes addressable by applying hot glue to the coils but changing the core frequency , voltage may mane it go away

+Victor443 If you're absolutely sure the coil whine is coming from the graphics card then RMA it. It won't affect performance, but it's annoying. More importantly, it'll be it more challenging to sell the 1070 used sometime in the future. Just make sure it's the graphics card and not the power supply. It'll be easier to return the card to the reseller (newegg, amazon, etc). But if that's no longer an option, then RMA to the AIB (Gigabyte).

Just remembered, vsync seems to have a pretty significant effect on the coil sound. Try simply playing a game and compare it with vsync on an off. Even after I got the new card it still made some noise but things like limiting FPS and vsync helped to make it quieter.

It won't hurt your card. It just an annoyance more than anything.
