Hello ,
A GTX 960 with a Intel Pentium G4560 will run fine without any real bottleneck
but if i was to run 2 x 960's in SLI would the CPU begin to bottleneck two cards?
and would the planned upgrade of an i5 6600k be enough to handle this , thanks :D

Yep, be honest why not just sell off your 960. Buy a single 1070 and should perform better then sli 960s. Sli is not what it use to be, noy many games will utilize it. Upgrading cpu would be a good idea as well

My current 960 is an ASUS STRIX 960 2GB and ive seen them go for around £80-£100 so if i sold this id have about £280-£300 to spend on a GPU so should i just go with a GTX 1060 6GB?

two 960s in sli is comparable to a single 980 in some cases. A single 1070 is comparable to a 980ti beating it in most cases. You will have less heat and power consumption. Less to worry about drivers and game issues.

1060 Gtx would be around the same performance of two 960s in sli sometimes better since its a single Gpu and has 6 gb of vram. It's a great card i used it for 2 weeks returned it for the 1070 Water block version

Nice! , I think maybe ill just get a 1060 6GB G1 Gaming Edition from Gigabyte , i was olny considering 2 960's as i already have one and my new motherboard im buying will support SLI config.

BTW was the 1060 able to run gta v on ultra above 60FPS??
