Alright, i built my pc a couple of months ago and ever since then my pc freezes whenever im in a call (even when im not, but less) and i get kicked off the internet when i freeze, i can also hear the volume but its like slow motion, it can also freeze when watching videos but thats rare, someone help me!!!

The psu should have nothing to do with the system freezing.

Try swapping your ram sticks around, that usually works with me if I'm getting some odd behavior.

First need to list full system specs. When you say you are in a call, are you talking on your phone or something else? If this has been happening since you built the system did check to make sure everything was installed properly, cables, heatsink, fans, motherboard in the case properly, etc...? Try a clean Windows setup again?

My specs are:
Core 2 quad q9550 (stock cooler)
asrock g41c-gs r2.0
gtx 1050 ti
8 gb of ddr3
generic 500 watt power supply
and some 20 dollar case
by call i mean like on discord
yes i just built this pc like 2 months ago and its been happening ever since
