Video passthrough to onboard video ports or seperate gpu?

I'm getting an RX 480 in about a week, it is due to arrive in a march 27-march 31 window.
I have a monitor that only has VGA input, it is my only decent display that isn't absurdly large.
I have a passive VGA-DVI-I/A adapter that works well enough for my 750, since it has a DVI-I port.
I have a true VGA port on my motherboard, but Ryzen 7 doesn't have onboard graphics to push to it.
I'm planning on using my GTX 750 in a hybrid PhysX setup when my 480 arrives anyway.
Can I pass the video feed from my 480 through to either the onboard video or the GTX 750? I know an active DP to VGA adapter is only $7, but I'm a skimp and would like to avoid spending that money just to drive my display.

Is there any way I can forward the video output to the dummy graphics ports or the 750? Preferrably the motherboard ports if it's even remotely possible, since I have native VGA there.

Solution
Just get an active DP to VGA adapter.
It will be by far easier, than to do, what you have imagined.

There was some software, that could do something similar. It was called Lucidlogix Virtu.
But I'm not sure, if it worked on something other than Intel Z67/Z68/H67/H68 boards.

If I really have to get an active adapter, do you know of any fairly cheap ones that have super low latency? I'm going to be playing games on this and I want as little latency as possible for my display.

I ordered a DisplayPort 1.2A to vga adapter from the monoprice website, depending on how well that goes I'll select your answer. Until then we wait for it all to ship.

My adapter arrived, so I did some testing on two identical monitors (two Planar model P2210somethings) that had both VGA and DVI in. To my utmost surprise, the active DP to VGA adapter outpaced both the passive DVI-VGA and even native DVI. I've been pleasantly surprised by this adapter, and hope it lasts a long time.
HEIL MONOPRICE!
