Is it at all possible to swap/upgrade the dell xps 15 (9560) GPU?

I just ordered the dell "new xps 15" with a 4k screen and the only GPU it came with is the GTX 1050m. I was wondering if anyone knew if there ia any way at all to upgrade the gpu? i'm currently using a GTX1080 8GB on a 4k desktop and am a little worried the 4GB card wont handle 4k.

i have a gygabite g tx 970 g1 OC i can play in for 4k.... with my OC on it im bouncing between 53-60 fps on certain games

comes down to what you want to do in 4k

Nice notebook. Video is what it is, no swapping it out. But a 1050 is really strong for a notebook. http://www.notebookcheck.net/NVIDIA-GeForce-GTX-1050-Notebook.178614.0.html

It is going to struggle gaming at 4K. You'll likely need to set resolution lower.

Thanks for your answers. Looks like I will be alright for editing and light gaming. I think even new games should be ok rendered at lower resolutions. At this PPI I should be able to render at 2k and have no problem I think. Thanks again
