question is either upgrading to (2) 7750 or one w4100

i need a minimum or 6 monitors and would like the possibility of 2 more
4 1080 monitors and 2 4k monitors
no games, just a lot of data

VisionTek Radeon HD 7750 900614 2GB

AMD FirePro W4100 100-505979 2GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 Workstation Video Card

Solution
Unsure about the HD 7750 but AMD's website says the FirePro W4100 can only support up to 4 displays maximum using AMD EyeFinity "Industry-leading multi-display technology enabling highly immersive and unrivaled multi-tasking experience across up to four displays, powered by a single AMD FirePro™ W4100 graphics card." source > http://www.amd.com/en-us/products/graphics/workstation/firepro-3d/4100.

Either way both will be pushing it even just for productivity. I would look at more modern graphics cards that are actually capable of running 6+ displays to begin with. The only way to get past this would be to run multiple GPUs. Perhaps 2x HD 7750 or FirePro W1400 as this would allow up to 8 displays max. Hope this helps :)
