i cannt turn on my laptop eventhough battery full

In my dell inspiron 15 3521 laptop when i plug on the adapter and charger my laptop turns on. If i unplug my laptop wont turns on. While plugging ma laptop showing 92% charge available and charging. If i unplugg i cannt turn on ma laptop any help.....

Replacing the battery would be the best option here. Search up the name/model and buy a new one.
