My Windows 7 PC does not detect my 32-bit Lexar flash drive. No notification sound, no "Removable Disk _" in "My Computer" tab

I have an empty 32 Bit, orange Lexar flash drive.

I wanted to use this flash drive on my Wii U to store games on.

When I put it in my Wii U, it asked me to format it so it could be usable on the Wii U. So I did.

I put the flash drive into my PC and then my PC asked me to format the flash drive. So I did.

Now the Flash drive won't show up on either PC nor Wii U.

I thought it was a physical issue, since it's one of those dumb orange colored Lexar drives that retract in and out. So I (partially) popped off the white part, completely not touching the actual flash drive area.

That still didn't help.

Any solutions?

If no computer detects the drive in drive manager, replace it.

It doesn't work on any other PC either. I've noticed the red light that blinks on these flash drives isn't blinking.
