Hello everyone.

I'm thinking about building my new PC with following components. Please, suggest me any changes that will help me improve the overall build. I didn't include any GPU's 'cause I'm planning to buy one after a few months.

Intel® 7th Generation Core™ i7-7700 Processor
Gigabyte GA-Z270M-D3H Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB DDR4 DRAM 3200MHz
Western Digital 1TB 3.5" BLUE HDD WD10EZEX
Corsair Force LE 120GB Storage Internal Solid State Drive
Antec VP550P V2 EC 550 WATT Power Supply 82% Efficiency
Antec GX200 Mid Tower Window Gaming Casing
Asus DRW-24D3ST 24x DVDRW SATA

Should I go for a 3200 MHz DDR4 RAM or the memory size upto a 16GB? Will it improve my Photoshop experience or video rendering?

Is the motherboard a good choice here, I'm on a budget that's why couldn't choose anything higher.

I'm new to this community. I hope you people will help me.

Solution
For better bang for buck, better choose B250 instead of Z270 because you don't need to overclock.
Yes, adding more RAM definitely will. In fact, 16GB of RAM is recommended for editing. So, More RAM > Faster RAM.
