HDD stops cloning at sector 208,844

I'm using a full paid version of HD Clone by Miray. Attempting to clone my HDD to my new SSD and during the "analyzing" before the actual clone begins it just stops at sector 208,844 the the time remaining climbs. I've run a check disk (no errors found) and defragged the hard drive. Any and all suggestions are appreciated.

Try it with a different cloning application.
Macrium Reflect Free or Acronis True Image.

If it still stops...it's probably a bad hard drive.

So last night I let windows "optimize" my HDD and I was able to successfully clone it to my SSD today. I don't know what changed but it worked. The drive heath screenshot was taken after the optimization but before my clone so maybe the results would have shown as bad before last night. Thank you for your help and suggestions.
