Hard drive at 100%, pc is slow!!

Hi, ive recently just installed a new motherboard, cpu and set of ram in my pc, my current setup is listed above. Since i installed the drivers and some utilities from the bundled msi disk that came with the mobo my hard drive has been running at 100%! Ibe disabled windows search and superfetch, disabled my antivirus, scanned the drive to see if there was a problem with it but its still running at 100 causing pc to run slow!
Does anybody have any ideas?

Use Resource Monitor - Disk tab, Disk Activity section to find out, which process reads/writes which files.
Post screenshot.

I recently had this problem with win10 and setting a manual page file size solved it.

Set both your min and max to 1.5x your total ram, so for 8gb thats a value of 12,288

Also find out if any security and monitoring back-ground-running programs have set themselves a little too assertively concerning constant scanning, constant logging.

Tried changing the page file size and im down to 99% ! Going in the right direction! In running a full system scan currently to see if that picks anything up

Well youve tried the most common fixes already. Windows search, superfetch, antivirus, automatic paging... Have you disabled windows defender?

Did you do a restart after setting the pagefile size? Is the disk activity 100% as soon as you log in, or is there a delay before it starts?

I have disabled defender and it didnt make a difference, and yes i restatred after adjusting page file also.
The disk did go straigjt to 100% at start up although it is constantly on 99% now!

My ivirus has pick up 12 detections at least one of them being a trojan! Tr/dldr.
