Fast boot vs Fast startup

HI, guys! I see a Fast Boot option in BIOS(MSI motherboard), and a Fast Startup option in the Power Options section of Windows 10. Are they referring to the same thing?
I had enabled fast startup in windows power option and don't know if it requires to enable Fast boot option in BIOS(it is disabled now)?

fast boot in bios means PC ignores USB devices except for mouse/kb at startup

Fast startup means PC doesn't actually turn off when you shut it down at night, instead it uses hybred hibernate and saves half your open files onto hdd and other half into ram until you hit the start button again and since it has half the info already in memory, it starts a lot faster

They aren't related, you can have fast startup on without altering bios settings.

Thanks, man. It has became much clear for me. You gave me more info then MSI support, which said that:
"Regarding your concern, the Fast Boot option is related to windows fast boot."))) Does fast boot need some windows support?
