Hi all,
I have a Gigabyte GA X79 UP4 Rev.1.1 and 4pcs of GEIL RAM (32GB kit). DIMMs used:
DIM1
DIM2
DIM3
DIM4
My problem is that the bios can see the installed rams but the system settings on BIOS only can se 24GB and Windows does only see 24GB RAM and 8GB is just flying in nowhere....on CPU-Z I can see that the RAMs installed well to all slot but it says that it's just triple channeled and not quad. Do you know what should my problem and how can I fix it?
PC Specification.:
CPU: Intel Core i7 4820K
RAM: 4x GEIL 8GB DDR3 1300MHz
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA X79 UP4
GPU: AMD Radeon HD7870 GB Edition Direct CUII
PSU: Cooler Master Silent Pro Gold 600W 80+ Gold
