Noctua NHD14/15 cheaper AIR alternative on AM4?

Whats the best and cheapest AIR cooler alternative to Noctua NHD14 (or 15) with AM4 (amd Ryzen) compatability? (Thats is available now, and not in a month)?

I heart that Scythe Ninja 4... But saw some reviews that said he is NOT comparable to Noctua NHD15 in high temp enviroment (temps were 10 degree celsius less on the Noctua) and is not yet AM4 compatible (mounting kits comming i nbeggining of April...)

What would you recomned?

Look at the redesigned noctua s versions.
NH-U12s, NH-U14s, NH-D15s.
They have been redesigned for more clearance for graphics cards installed in the first pcie x16 slot, and for clearance from tall heat spreaders.
The NH-U12s is a very effective cooler and is a bit cheaper.

Or, look at the even less expensive scythe kotetsu.

I know noctua can mount on ryzen motherboards, not sure about kotetsu.
