I have a dual core 3ghz motherboard dg965ry pcie2.0
I'm planning to buy rx460 2gb
Will the output bottleneck ....if so by how much ?

Thats a socket 775 motherboard from 2006 so at best you could have a core2duo in there for dual core processor.

Thus yes, you will bottleneck A LOT with a RX 460.
The best your system can handle (with likely still a minor bottleneck) would be a gtx 750 from 2 years ago.

Instead you should be saving up for a full upgrade.

What 3GHZ dual core processor do you have? Is it an i3-2100? Check your computer properties in My computer/Computer/This PC > System Properties.

Also if your PC is a manufactured one with a model number, please provide that. We need your case's form factor/size and power supply info to let you know if a rx460 is a compatible upgrade.
